A Snowtrooper
The newest variant of the Snowtrooper
Snowtroopers are Imperial stormtroopers trained to operate in very low temperatures. They were equipped with heaters in their masks, backpacks and chest plates to help keep them warm and making it possible for them to operate under extremely cold conditions. Snowtroopers can survive for two weeks alone on their suit's battery power. They were used to attack the Rebel base on Hoth.
Role in Lego® Star Wars[]
Since 2003, the Snowtrooper was included in eight Lego® Star Wars sets. All of the later releases are nearly identical to the original one, which was released with the 4483 AT-AT. Only small colour changes were done to the hips and the hands for example.
