The minifigure
The Medical Droid is a LEGO minifigure which was first included with the 8096 Palpatine's Shuttle set and later with the 7879 Hoth Echo Base set.
In the movies, the Medical Droid was seen in Star Wars: Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, as it healed Luke Skywalker's injuries in Echo Base on Hoth, and in Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, as it was one of the droids reviving Darth Vader and assisted in putting his suit on.
