Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy for the Game Boy Advance is a handheld version of LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy and a sequel to Lego Star Wars: The Video Game for the Game Boy Advance. It was developed by Amaze Entertainment under contract from TT Games and released on September 12, 2006. This game has content that was not in the first GBA game like more Playable Characters (36), buyable Extras and a Game hub. The Game has 16 Levels. It does not include the character customizer from the other versions. Only Blaster Characters can build and Jedi can use the force. All but a few characters have to be bought from the Cantina.

Glitches

Main Hub

  • If the player starts a new game, quits the game while the tutorial cutscenes are playing, and then re-opens the save file, the cutscene showing the destroyable object in the corner of the bar won't play, causing the game to softlock.

Episode IV

  • Blockade Runner
    • (Tech Station) By jumping in the top-left corner of the lower section (opposite the stairs), it's possible for the player to clip through the force field and collect the minikit. However, upon doing so, they will need to switch to C-3PO and input the sequence that lowers the forcefield, (thereby freeing them).
    • (Engineering Sector) If the player selects a character that uses a lightsaber and destroys the first shield generator, there's a chance that their lightsaber will turn brown. This effect will last through the remainder of the level, even if the Blue or Green Lightsaber extras are enabled.
    • (Escape Pods) The player can easily get out of bounds by going to the top escape pod and jumping over the wall before it opens.
  • Tatooine
    • (Tatooine) In this section, there's a large wall that the player has to destroy. If the wall is quickly destroyed off-screen before it even renders, the cutscene will pan to the space where it used to be (causing the game to freeze).
    • In that same section, if the player doesn't defeat a single Tusken Raider and jumps from the top of the canyon, the small group at the bottom of the canyon won't spawn and the trigger for the next level won't load (effectively softlocking the game).
  • Death Star Rescue
    • In every other stage, R2-D2's jets are light blue (the same color as Ben Kenobi's lightsaber). However, on both Death Star stages, his jets are blue.
  • Death Star Escape
    • (Death Star Subsector 3) As Yoda, go to the top-right corner of the forcefield and jump. Because of his small hitbox, it's possible to jump over and past it without needing to press the button. This should done with the Invincibility extra enabled, as the player will constantly take damage from running into the shield.

Episode V

  • Hoth Escape
    • (Echo Base South) As Yoda, by taking the path to the north and using his Force Push ability on the shield generator, the player can access the hangar sections without completing much of the stage.
  • Cloud City Trap
    • (Cloud City Sector 2) After deactivating the forcefield as Lando, the player is able to move while the cutscene is playing.
  • Cloud City Rescue
    • (Cloud City Docking Platform) By standing in the corner opposite the door and jumping, the player can easily clip out of bounds and on top of an invisible plane. This can be done with almost any character that can jump, including R2-D2. A similar glitch can done on "Sarlacc Pit" (see below). It's unclear if this glitch can also be performed on "Cloud City Rescue".

Episode VI

  • Jabba's Palace
    • (Jabba's Palace) If the player goes down the stairs, heads left, and approaches the gold statue at an angle, they will be able to clip out of bounds. A similar trick can be done in Emperor Fight.
  • Sarlacc Pit
    • Before the duel with Boba Fett, the player must cross a small bridge connecting two skiffs together (later destroyed in a cutscene). If they selected Boba Fett as one of their characters, they can fly over it and return to the skiff they started on.
    • By using characters other than Luke on the cannon, it's possible (although very rare) for the cannon to turn invisible after turning it all the way one direction.
    • If the player turns around at the beginning of the stage (lining themselves up with the shadow), falls for a bit down the skiff, lands on a specific polygon, faces the top of the screen and jumps, they can clip out of bounds and fall from the top of the stage. By manipulating Luke as he's falling, it's even possible for the player to land on Boba Fett's skiff and fight him.
  • Emperor Fight
    • If the player turns around on the platform with the Emperor's throne and approaches the small object at an angle, they can momentarily clip out of bounds onto a small plane.
