General Maximilian Veers was a general who served in the Imperial army. He commanded Imperial forces during the Battle of Hoth. He had his own AT-AT.
Character Background[]
In 3 ABY, General Veers was responsible for leading the Imperial assault on the Rebel base on the planet of Hoth. Veers commanded his personal AT-AT Walker during this battle and managed to destroy the Rebel shield generator. Veers continued his service as an Imperial General even after the Empire's defeat at the Battle of Endor. He was killed in 10 ABY during the Second Battle of Balmorra.

Minifigure[]
The first general Veers minifigure was released in 2007 with the 10178 Motorized Walking AT-AT LEGO Star Wars set. It consisted of an Imperial Officer's body with and an AT-ST Pilot helmet.
The 2010 General Veers minifigure
A redesigned version of this minifigure was included with the 2010 released 8129 AT-AT Walker set. This version portrayed Veers with a different head without an AT-ST Driver visor.
Game character[]
General Veers has appeared in two LEGO Star Wars video games. In 2006 he appeared in Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy during a cutscene that took place during the Battle of Hoth. In this scene he is seen in the cockpit of his AT-AT. Veers also appeared in the 2007 released Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, but is not a playable character. In this game he also appeared in a cutscene set during the Battle of Hoth.
