Even Piell was a Lannik Jedi Master before and during the Clone Wars.[
Background[]
Piell served as a member of the Jedi Council since 44 BBY. He took part in the Battle of Geonosis. During the Clone Wars, Even Piell was captured by Osi Sobeck and imprisoned in the Citadel on Lola Sayu. When a Republic Strike team freed him, he tried to escape off the planet, but he was killed by an anooba. The two Jedi present,Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, gave him a formal Jedi burial by consigning his body in one of the planet's lava flows before they managed to flee the planet.
Role in Lego® Star Wars[]
A Lego® minifigure of Even Piell was released in June, 2012. It was included with the 9498 Saesee Tiin's Jedi Starfighter Lego® Star Wars set. The minifigure was equipped with a green lightsaber. It also included a special headpiece. The head and torso were as designed uniquely for this figure.
