A-4D was a droid who served as a medical assistance to General Grievous.A4-D was a sadistic medical droid and General Grievous's personal doctor in just one LEGO set. He was destroyed by Kit Fisto, when the Jedi Master infiltrated Grievous' Lair.

In 2010, Lego® produced a minifigure of A4-D. It was included with the 8095 General Grievous' Starfighter Lego® Star Wars set. The head featured a large sticker. Some sets included this sticker but some sets didn't include this sticker.

A4-D appears as a non-playable character in the 2011 released videogame, LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars.
